Shipping & Returns

All deliveries to any UK address are offered free of charge. If you live outside the UK then we offer heavily discounted international shipping. All our products are made to order by hand with love, care and attention. The shipping costs and lead times are set out below.

Our shipping rates and canvas art lead times     

All of our orders are sent securely by courier. When your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with the courier tracking information so that you can check the progress of your delivery online.

Concerned that a large canvas could get damaged in transit when shipped? Please don't be. All our parcels are fully insured. We wrap all our canvases very well and they are safe and secure. We ship worldwide and we have been doing this for years. It is hassle-free. In the very unlikely event that your parcel is damaged when it arrives then we will quickly address this for you.

(2) Rest of Europe (Non-EU) : Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Turkey, Lichtenstein, Ukraine

(3) Delays can very occasionally occur when US and Canadian Customs hold on to the package for a short spell of time, so please bear this in mind if you are ordering for a specific date. We do not have any control over US or Canadian Customs or the length of time they retain packages.

If you live in any country not listed in the table above and would like to buy a product advertised on this site then just let us know. We can arrange a special delivery just for you. 

Returns

At Modern Canvas Art we want you to be confident that what you buy from us is of the highest quality. We are very proud of our products and we love what we do. We realise though that not every customer will want to keep their purchase, for whatever reason, and that's fine. If there are ever any problems we will do our utmost at all times to put them right. If you decide that your print or painting is not what you expected or just doesn't suit the space you wanted to put it in, then just send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you in full. It's as easy as that. All we ask is that you drop us a line or give us a call within the 14 day period to let us know that you are sending the item back. Once we receive it we will refund your payment back on to your original payment card without delay.

If you receive a product from us that is faulty or defective in some way (instances such as this are very rare but things that are out of our control can occasionally go wrong) then please get in touch with us within 14 days of the calendar day on which you receive the product and we will arrange to collect the item from you and send a replacement. If it is a large item we will arrange for a courier to collect it from you, otherwise we will pay the postage for it to be sent back to us. Either way, you will then be sent a replacement. 

Cancellations

As set out under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. Should you wish to cancel or return any of your ordered items, you are fully entitled to do so provided that you send the item or items back to us within the requisite period. The 14 day cancellation period will begin the calendar day after you receive your order and if you wish to return it to us for a refund then you should notify us (by email to "sales@theylllove.com", through our contact form or in writing to our postal address at They'll Love, Unit 109 Cheney Manor Ind. Est, Swindon SN2 2DS and ensure you post it back to us within 14 calendar days from the day after you take delivery of your order. Please arrange to send the piece(s) back to us (sorry we cannot reimburse the postage expense for this unless the item is faulty) and we will refund you in full once we receive it. When returning any items we advise you to obtain a proof of postage so that the date of sending can be verified if necessary or in case the item becomes lost in transit. Unless a custom-made product is faulty please note that the cancellation policy does not apply to items that are custom-made especially to your requirements (i.e. a product or products not offered for sale on our website and which you specifically requested to have produced, or a product or products for sale on our site and which you specifically requested to have individually customised).

If once you place your order you decide that you wish to cancel (before it is shipped out to you) then please notify us as soon as possible and we will cancel it for you and cease processing the order, if the order is in production at the time. Please note that for paintings, which can take 4-6 weeks to produce, should you decide to cancel you must notify us within 14 days of the calendar day on which you placed your order. This date (along with your order number) will be in the confirmation email that you receive from us once your order is placed.
